Communication In Relationships Is Very Important
I had an interesting coversation with a friend today! We were talking about our childhood and how life has changed so much from when we were children.
Since she has two girls and one is eight we started talking about puberty and its effects on young teens. Finally, she said, "I will have to be open and communicate with her more during that time period."
That's when I thought to myself, "How many people in relationships actually foresee possible issues and take the time to talk about it?" Not many from what I have heard and witnessed.
Think about it! There are times when you know instinctively when something has a strong possibility of happening. Yet, you overlook it and kick it to the curb. A few months or years later that problem or issue smacks you in the face. Instead of preparing yourself you are now scrambling to deal with it, along with other things.
If you know there is a problem in your relationship, start communicating with your partner and make your concerns known. I do not care if you feel you are talking to a wall it's best to get it out and in the open than to hold it in and suffer.
You will be amazed how much easier life will become when you release the tension that's building up within. Communication is very important and vital to the success of any relationship. At times, it will be difficult but the end result is definitely worth it.
